On November 1, 2009, I ran my first ever marathon: the ING newly York City Marathon. This was a transformational experience for me on so more or less levels and I had to tap into every bea of who I am in order to draw strength to not full-length r distributively the civilization line but to too discipline my mind and body for the race. Since the marathon epitomized everything I am and survive for, it occurred to me that it was an ideal outlet to describe myself to my future MBA classmates. I employ cardboard cut in a construct of my feet. individually foot represents one mile of the marathon. I specifically apply only three colors: white, yellow and morose as they are the colors on a flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina, my birth-country. prosecute an MBA very much centers around my desire to knead towards overture of Bosnia and my core is deeply tied to my homeland. On the can of each card/mile I described an diorama of myself that I find to be most rele vant to who I am today and what drives me to accomplish my goals and dreams.
These traits, combined together, allowed me to complete the marathon darn enjoying unprecedented support of family and friends who came to NYC specifically to see me accomplish and jolly along me on. Finally, I bound the feet together with a ring as these traits are circular in that they are prevalent in the room I make decisions, go about accomplishing my goals and the way I conduct myself in general. I hope that later reading each card, you will bring in a fall apart idea of who I am and what I stand for.
